Day 2 - Cardio X

I did much better on the Cardio DVD than the other one. But still...room for improvement.

I was sore today but not in excruciating pain. If I moved a certain way...I would feel a twinge, but I could move at least!

I know it's only been two days and it's mostly mental at this point...but I feel better. Those little twinges in my legs, back and abs remind me that I'm taking my first steps toward being healthy.

Tomorrow is Shoulders, Back and Abs...I've done the Ab Ripper X and it's killer! Wish me luck!
