


Okay, enough is enough. I have become that woman that I used to make fun of. Always "dieting" and talking about losing weight but never following through on anything. I'm done! I'm tired of looking in the mirror and being unhappy. I'm tired of wondering if my clothes will fit from week to week.
I'm going to put it all out there...maybe the public humiliation will spur me on when my will fails me.

Waist - 37 1/2
Hips - 43
Thighs - 39
Current pant size - 12
In case you were wondering, I'm only 5 feet tall and medium build.
Several people at my office are doing the P90X workout program with fantastic results. I decided to go ahead and order it...it should be here tomorrow. So this is my "before" post...complete with photos.

I applaud you for being this brave! Hmmm, maybe I should do one. I weigh 174 and have a pant size of 16 (which I could use an 18). Congrats on taking this step! I will keep checking on this! You can do it!

ReplyDeleteBravo sweetie! I support you as I could've written your post myself. I started this past weekend doing the new Atkins diet. I also did p90x awhile back and really liked it. I'm in a size 14 and need to lose 30 pounds. Starting at 169. Ugh. I'm 5'5.

ReplyDeleteI am so proud of you!!! Your brother and I have P90X. It is a very good program, I think you'll like it. It's so worth it. Our bodies are forever changing. With motherhood, and life in general, it can be so hard to find a balance. I am so glad you're doing this!! I love you and will be here to encourage you and pick you up if you should fall!
