So yesterday was the Super Bowl and I never found time (made time) to do my workout. This morning I had a doctor's appt with the ENT to review my CT scan of my sinuses. I woke up with an awful sore throat and the forboding feeling that I had strep.
Not wanting to feel like a complete loser, I did about 20 minutes of the 90 minute Yoga program this morning that I should have done last night. I really didn't feel good, but I felt like something was better than nothing.
After coming back from the doctor and taking a nap, I went ahead and tried to do my workout for today (Back, Shoulders and Abs). I managed to do it at about half speed, but again at least it was something.
And I find out that I have chronic sinusitis...wonderful. I may or may not have surgery...I have to review my options.
